Where Work and Fun Collide

The average American spends about 13 years of their life at work, not counting all the time spent thinking about it after hours. At Fun Intended, we believe work should be a source of enjoyment, not dread. Our mission is to help you build a workplace where employees feel energized, connected and genuinely excited to come back every day.

Employee engagement isn’t about pizza parties or ping pong tables. It’s about creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and excited to do their best work. We help you make that happen (and have a little fun along the way).

Culture Consulting

We dig into what’s really going on in your organization and build strategies that actually work. No corporate buzzwords, just clear actions that bring your culture to life.

Engagement Programs

Custom programs designed to lift morale, strengthen teams, and make Monday mornings a little less painful. Engaged employees stay and thrive.

Why It Matters

Employee turnover is expensive….
REALLY EXPENSIVE!

Replacing a single employee can cost anywhere from 50% to 200% of their annual salary once you factor in recruiting, training, and lost productivity. If ten people leave this year, and your average salary is $60,000, that’s up to $1.2 million walking out the door. Fun Intended Employee Engagement Consulting stops that leak. By improving engagement and satisfaction, we help companies lower turnover rates, retain top performers, and build a culture people want to stay for. Investing in your culture is one of the smartest financial decisions you can make.

How It Works (and What It Costs)

It all starts with what we call a Fun Audit, a comprehensive look at how your culture functions and where it can improve.

  • We start with a kickoff call to learn about your goals and biggest challenges.
  • Over the next few weeks, we interview employees, run anonymous surveys, and analyze your communication patterns, salaries, benefits, and business model.
  • Then we deliver a detailed report showing where things are breaking down, and
    exactly how to fix them.

The Fun Audit costs $2,000 + $10 per employee.

After that, you can take the insights and run with them, or bring us on to help implement the plan. Ongoing consulting is $150 per hour for 10 hours a week (minimum 3-month commitment).

Companies that act on these insights typically see measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and overall performance within the first quarter.
